Gallery Minder shifts are usually three hours (11am-2pm) and (2pm-5pm) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Event shifts vary.

We are short on people willing to take on the leadership roles needed to keep our working board, the core of our organization, functioning effectively.
Finance Director

Here is a description of the position:
Work with the bookkeeper to maintain the books. Give financial reports to the board and to the bank. Oversee filing taxes and all bill paying. Work with all directors to create budgets and sound fiscal policies.
Administration Director
Secretary/office manager, who can take board minutes, check incoming mail and keep office systems working. Obtain special licenses (liquor etc.) for Center Events. Point person for resolution of technical computer and internet issues. Order supplies for office, gallery and janitorial use.
