Policies
COMMISSIONS
Class/Workshop fees are split 60% to the instructor and 40% to FBCA. FBCA handles all reservations and collects registration fee. Commissions are paid by the end of the month following the completion of the class/workshop.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Instructors may set a minimum number of registrants required to proceed with any workshop/class. Instructors may cancel three (3) full days prior to the start date if minimums are not met. Instructors set the maximum number of students allowed in any workshop/class. Refunds will be handled by FBCA.
INSTRUCTOR’S COMMITMENT TO ONGOING CLASSES/WORKSHOPS:
FBCA is primarily interested in offering ongoing classes and workshops. We’ve found that instructors need to build a following of students interested in their topic; therefore, we strongly encourage a commitment of three teaching cycles for all new classes/workshops. This means, if your class is four sessions, you will commit to offering three cycles of four session classes. Trust us, to be successful as an instructor you need to build a following – this is key. It is strongly recommended that you have done some pre-marketing to determine potential interest in your class/workshop to avoid the cost of time and resources to you and FBCA.
