Title: Relief Carving for Experienced Carvers: 4 Sessions ~ LIMITED SEATS!

Day and Time: Saturdays, 10:00 am - 12 noon
                                                           
Description: The same relief carving and sharpening techniques taught in the Basic carving class will be used, but the class for experienced carvers will be project based.  Students will select their own carving projects and will be expected to use their own gouges/sharpening strops to work independently, with assistance from the instructor as needed.   

 

Skill Level: Prerequisite of Wood Carving Basics class

About the InstructorRos Harper has been wood carving for 20 years, using hand tools and power tools.  She learned to carve from a Master carver at the Mount Diablo woodworking center in Pleasanton.  She specializes in carving birds.

Materials: Wood will be supplied if needed
