Description: Gain the skills of perspective and the confidence to observe and draw buildings. In the studio, students learn and practice the vocabulary of perspective. Instruction includes drawing imaginary boxes, then real boxes in a still-life set-up. Strategies for composition and architectural details. The workshop will also go into the neighborhood to draw the streets and houses near Frank Bette Center for the Arts. 

Fee:  $350 Members; $375 Non-members

​Materials:  All drawing materials included in

                  registration fee

Optional: Students are welcome to bring their own plein air equipment that they’re comfortable using such as easel, umbrella, stool.

Notes:  All artistic levels welcome! Minimum registration required for workshop to proceed.
