iPhone Photography 101 Workshop: 1 Session Online
Amy Patick is a Ph.D. scientist who has spent her career in the pharmaceutical industry studying viruses and looking for drugs to treat disease caused by viruses. As a former wood carver and custom wood furniture maker, Amy has also dabbled in stained glass and ceramics and is currently focusing on her lifelong passion of photography. Amy is drawn to photography to capture the spiritual essence of sights and places and the translation of shadows and reflections into feelings that, like viruses, are not necessarily assumed by the average eye. With photography she enjoys capturing images that evoke the simple beauty of quiet places both literally and figuratively.
