About the instructor: Jeka Lambert is a former corporate trainer. She’s been teaching art and design classes since 2001, bookmaking classes since 2013. Three of her miniature books were included in the 2016 national Tiny Book traveling exhibit. Each of those books was featured in the exhibit’s promotional materials. Her background is in architecture, costume design for theater, and fiber arts. Her beaded jewelry has been included in international juried exhibits, books and magazines. Three of her bead students have won national awards for their beadwork.

Description: Create a compact 8-page book and a folded book cover from a single sheet of 8.5”x11” paper, then decorate your book with drawings made using a dip pen and India ink. You will be guided through the book assembly, basics about dip pen care and use, mark making possibilities and how to color your drawings with colored pencil and/or watercolor. All skill levels welcome. This class is a great intro do dip pens, colored pencils and watercolor.
