About the instructor: Art has always been a part of Colleen’s life paralleling her development as a person, through education, becoming an adult, raising children and her professional career. She has successfully merged them all somehow and has been addicted to education her entire life. She is honored to hold an MFA in painting from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Now with a business degree, a graphic design degree and an MFA, Colleen has all the knowledge and motivation she needed to pursue her fine art practice and teach and inspire students from around the globe.

1 Session Instructor: Colleen Gianatiempo Date: Wednesday, August 31 Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm PST Online only! Description: Mono printing means “one print” and let me tell you that they are one-of-a-kind, unique and free form each time! Printmaking with a Gelli Arts plate is about discovering new approaches to transferring a mark onto a surface and building colorful layers using nontraditional methods and materials from around the house! Students will experiment with paint, paper, mediums, tools, pastels, acrylic markers, and more! All you need is a Gelli Arts Plate and brayer! Join the fun in this two hour workshop! Fee: $40 Members; $50 Non-members Materials: Materials list coming soon! Notes: All levels and ages 16+ welcome. Minimum registration required for workshop to proceed. |
