Frank Bette Plein Air 2021
Up to forty artists are selected from all applicants. Artists will paint the island city of Alameda’s tree lined streets, stately Victorian homes and shops, marinas, ships in the Estuary, views of San Francisco and the Bay “en plein air” August 2-7, 2021. Artists may paint anywhere within the specified limits.
All painting mediums are acceptable. Paintings will be juried for awards and for sale on Saturday, August 7. During the week there will be a separate Quick Draw event in a specified location and an “Off Island Day”.

corner of Oak and Santa Clara.

1:30: Awards Ceremony
2:00 - 5:00: Music
2:30 - 4:00: Marti Walker demonstrates pastel painting
