About the instructor: Rebeca holds a BFA from the University of Puerto Rico and has taught art at the DeYoung Museum, the Richmond Art Center and other Bay Area institutions. She paints the East Bay landscape and works with the figure and shows her work locally at Bay Area galleries.

Instructor: Rebeca Garcia-Gonzalez Dates: August 5, 12, 19 and 26 Day & Time: Fridays, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Registration is closed; class is full! Description: Spend four weeks painting au plein air at several East Bay outdoor locations. Whether you are a beginner or a more advanced painting student, you'll enjoy discovering beginner-friendly painting spots, and improving your technique in the company of new friends. You'll receive much or as little feedback as you desire. Use the media of your choice. We'll spend one session at each painting location, so that students can have sufficient time to complete a painting. Fee: $220 Members; $250 Non-members Medium: Medium of your choice Notes: Minimum registration required for workshop to proceed. Open to all artistic levels; 18 years and older. 15 - 17 years old accepted if accompanied by participating parent or guardian.
