About the instructor: Art has always been a part of Colleen’s life paralleling her development as a person, through education, becoming an adult, raising children and her professional career. She has successfully merged them all somehow and has been addicted to education her entire life. She is honored to hold an MFA in painting from the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Now with a business degree, a graphic design degree and an MFA, Colleen has all the knowledge and motivation she needed to pursue her fine art practice and teach and inspire students from around the globe.

Title: Paint Like Tiel Duncan ~ Beach Scene: 1 Online Session
Instructor: Colleen Gianatiempo Dates: August 7 Time: Monday, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm MT Online only! Description: Learn to paint like Teil Duncan . Inspired by light, movement, surprising color combinations, social interaction, and pattern, our goal is to learn to infuse these elements into abstracted, pixilated compositions. Students will learn to portray a balance of realism combined with loose abstraction, causing one to compliment the other. Students will work in acrylic paint and learn to use a Princeton Catalyst Tools for Moving Paint! Fee: $40 Members; $50 Non-members Medium: Acrylic Materials: Download materials list here!
