About the instructor: Sandra is a watercolor artist from South West Michigan and is one of the most enthusiastic and hardworking artists whose saying 'Let's Paint' resonates daily with almost 20,000 online followers! In the past three years Sandra has maintained a heavy travel schedule painting from Vancouver BC and Alaska all the way to the southeast coast of Florida. She has worked outdoors across many States as well as Canada, Bulgaria, Italy and Spain. Sandra is considered self-taught but has studied personally with Janet Rogers, Steve Rogers, Keiko Tanabe and Alvaro Castagnet. Workshop Instructor: Sandra Strohschein Dates: November 9 and 10 Day & Time: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (lunch break) Registration Closed - Workshop Full! Description: In this studio workshop, Sandra will demonstrate each morning and afternoon, painting landscapes, florals or seascapes in a fast and loose style full of passion and energy with a strong emphasis on composition, light and lost and found edges. Students then have lots of actual painting time with individual coaching from Sandra to try the same painting from photo references provided. Fee: $250 for all students Medium: Watercolor Notes: Minimum registration required for workshop to proceed. Open to intermediate and advanced water colorists 18 years and older.
