Title: Alcohol Inks and Cold Wax: 1 Session

Date: Wednesday, August 3
Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm PST
Offered online only!
Description: Introducing Colleen’s new found dynamic duo~cold wax and alcohol inks! Cold wax is mainly used for creating layers in oil paintings, however, because alcohol inks are solvent based, the wax and inks fall in love! You will create amazing textures and layers with these two mediums which brings an element of the unexpected to the painting process which is ideal for artists yearning to work more abstractly and intuitively. This workshop will educate you on what each medium can do by itself and then see the magic when they meet just like chocolate and peanut butter!
