ArtsLiterary Arts Volunteer Opportunities The volunteer opportunities are endless. Here are a few things you could help with: Put together a consignment binder for the small press books we have for sale. This will entail an inventory of the books we have and of the consignment information we have for each title. This job should take only a few hours. Help set up and take down chairs, mic, tables, etc., for any of the ongoing, monthly literary programs. Take charge of our book display and reading corner; i.e., keep it stocked, orderly and attractive. Be in charge of tracking submissions for the monthly thematic poetry contest. Acknowledge submissions and assist in poem selection. Frame the selected poem each month. Assist with administration of the Jewel by the Bay Poetry Contest.
