Day & Time: Monday, 7 – 9 pm Class Description: Writing fiction requires two key ingredients: craft and imagination. Craft is something that we learn. Imagination thrives in a place where it is supported and fed. In this class, you will develop your writing craft and be inspired by the support of a committed teacher and community writers. Together, we'll create a place where we can foster our writing skills and our imaginations can soar. Fee: $165 members; $185 non-members About the Instructor: Elaine Beale's most recent novel, Another Life Altogether, has received very positive reviews from the Boston Globe, Lambda Literary, Feminist Review, Curve Magazine, and Publishers Weekly, and was recommended by Oprah and More Magazines. Elaine has taught creative writing for more than a decade. She is the winner of the 2007 Poets & Writers California Writers Exchange Award. To learn more about Elaine Beale, visit website |
