Captain Bill Jarvis . . . Bill has been an artist since 1956, that’s right he has been painting for fifty years. Early on, in his apprenticeship Bill worked exclusively in oils then later, in the sixties, he moved to acrylics. Bill's paintings have always been in the area of abstract and non-objective . . . with an eye for balance, color and form. Over the years, he has had many private art-shows as well as displays in various art galleries throughout the region. His paintings are hung in some of the most beautiful homes throughout the Western United States. Bill holds a Bachelors Degree from Easter Washington State University. He holds a Masters Degree from the University of San Francisco. And he also holds a Coast Guard Captain's Masters License for vessels of a hundred tons both power and sail. His hobbies, when he has time are sailing, surfing and scuba diving. View more of Bill Jarvis' artwork at FrankBetteCenter.
