Going South on 880 - Take the 23rd Ave exit continue forward (don't make any turns) through a couple of lights. The street will make a shallow "S" curve which puts you onto the Park Street Bridge. As you enter Alameda there is a light at the base of the bridge. Count that as your first light. Continue the fourth light, Lilncoln Ave, and turn right. Continue on Lincoln Ave THROUGH four lights. The fourth light is Grand Street. Cross Grand Street and go a couple more blocks. You'll see FBCA on the right hand corner of Paru and Lincoln. It's a large yellow Victorian.

Going north on 880 - Take the Fruitvale exit at the base of the exit make a hard right turn. Continue on this street (which runs in front of a shopping center) to the light at Fruitvale, turn right. Stay on Fruitvale to cross the Fruitvale Bridge entering Alameda and continue forward through a couple of lights until you get to and cross Park Street, the main business street. Now you will be on Lincoln Ave. Continue on Lincoln Ave THROUGH four lights. The fourth light is Grand Street. Cross Grand Street and go a couple more blocks. You'll see FBCA on the right hand corner of Paru and Lincoln. It's a large yellow Victorian.
